PROJECT: Arcadia Kitchen

For this kitchen remodel we used Thomasville cabinetry with quartz countertops. The client was in love with her existing floors so we protected those throughout the process. The professional look of Cafe series appliances compliment the design as well as the lifestyle of this client.

PROJECT: Schreiber Home
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ

We did a complete modern upgrade for both their kitchen and laundry room. Starting with the kitchen drywall, we replaced it with new drywall with a level 5 finish (this is the smoothest grade). We put in new cabinets as well as installed wooden countertops with a waterfall edge. We took out the old sinks and installed Kohler undermount sinks. We added a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer to the island with an integrated drawer front. Behind another integrated drawer front next to the oven, you will find a warming drawer. In the laundry room we installed counter tops over the washer and dryer and put in tall wardrobe cabinets. We also put in new patio fans and installed new drywall.

PROJECT: Three Fountains Kitchen
LOCATION: Arcadia Neighborhood, Scottsdale, AZ

We were very excited to be able to do work on this Al Beadle designed home. We did a number of upgrades and stayed true to the minimal aesthetic of the home design.

We repaired and refinished all of the kitchen cabinetry as well as added a modified trashbin pullout drawer, as well as other full extension pullout drawers. In order to maximize the use of the available space we created an enclosure for the refrigerator. We also put in all new stainless steel appliances and installed a tile backsplash. In addition, we added recessed LED lighting.

PROJECT: Golden Rule Tattoo Uptown
LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ

We were excited to get in right at the beginning of this project. The renovations at the downtown shop were well-received and the owners/designers were anxious to do something unique with their second location. 

We stripped this space down to the bare bones. We upgraded the lighting to the specifications of the artists. We built custom cabinetry, workstations, and a reception area. Fabricating a large wall-mounted sliding door for the restroom was a welcome challenge. The copper, maze-like lavatory water supply is mounted externally. This space is warm and inviting and provides plenty of visual interest. 

PROJECT: JC Kitchen
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ

We remodeled this kitchen, keeping in mind the aesthetics of the preexisting saltillo flooring. This Thomasville cabinetry features both crown moulding and light rail molding. We installed corbels to support the overhanging granite countertops, a stainless steel farm sink and a mosaic glass tile backsplash. We also put in recessed and pendant lights.

PROJECT: Courtney Kitchen
LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ

We gave this kitchen a complete upgrade. We installed a porcelain farm sink, marble backsplash and added decorative accents over the range. We updated all of the fixtures with new stainless steel ones. We also added dimmable LED under cabinet lighting as well as dimmer controlled recessed lighting. In order to make the best use of the available space we put in 42” upper cabinets for storage. The range hood was updated to a modern design made of stainless steel.

PROJECT: Guest Bathroom Remodel

Having already completed a project that this client was happy with, we were asked to take on another. We started by stripping the old bathroom of everything and expanded it by removing an attached closet. We integrated the client's design ideas for this sleek update that included a modern shower, glass mosaic wall, backlit mirror, chandeliers and wall sconces.

PROJECT: Master Bathroom Remodel

We achieved our client's vision for this bathroom remodel, which included white porcelain subway tile, porcelain mosaic floor tile, a Carrara marble vanity top and complemented with chrome, country-style accessories.

PROJECT: Golden Rule Tattoo
LOCATION: Roosevelt Row Arts District, Downtown Phoenix

Golden Rule Tattoo is in the business of bringing to life their customer's creative visions. Advanced Handyman Services was honored to help them realize one of their own.

We installed super-sturdy twenty-three foot glulams (short for glued laminated timbers) that function as work spaces for the artists. We combined the polished sheen of these glulams with raw steel in-wall brackets, posts and baseplates. We installed additional shelving as well as a simple back-lit drawing table for the tattoo artists to comfortably work on.

PROJECT: Shower Remodel

We transformed this shower by combining Carrara marble and glass tile. We also installed a state-of-the-art multi-head shower system and stainless steel channel drain. We added a deep niche to place shampoos and soaps. This shower uses a curbless design, for an overall streamlined appearance.

PROJECT: Condo Kitchen Remodel

For this kitchen remodel we used Green Butterfly granite for the countertops, added Ikea cabinetry, as well as created a raised bar area. We also installed a 16 gauge stainless steel undermount sink.
