PROJECT: Golden Rule Tattoo
Golden Rule Tattoo is in the business of bringing to life their customer's creative visions. Advanced Handyman Services was honored to help them realize one of their own.
We installed super-sturdy twenty-three foot glulams (short for glued laminated timbers) that function as work spaces for the artists. We combined the polished sheen of these glulams with raw steel in-wall brackets, posts and baseplates. We installed additional shelving as well as a simple back-lit drawing table for the tattoo artists to comfortably work on.
PROJECT: Shower Remodel
We transformed this shower by combining Carrara marble and glass tile. We also installed a state-of-the-art multi-head shower system and stainless steel channel drain. We added a deep niche to place shampoos and soaps. This shower uses a curbless design, for an overall streamlined appearance.
PROJECT: Guest Bathroom Remodel
LOCATION: Phoenix - Arcadia Neighborhood
Having already completed a project that this client was happy with, we were asked to take on another. We started by stripping the old bathroom of everything and expanded it by removing an attached closet. We integrated the client's design ideas for this sleek update that included a modern shower, glass mosaic wall, backlit mirror, chandeliers and wall sconces.

This customer found us through a friend. She called us in 2009 and said "I want to remodel my kitchen. What do I do first?" We gave her some information about saving money by doing the purchasing herself. We provided some guidance and the labor to complete most of the job, although she needed to hire other contractors too.

This customer found our name at ModernPhoenix.net. He designed the kitchen himself and purchased the cabinetry at IKEA. He hired a few other contractors to work on the hardwood floor, counters, electrical system and stucco. We focused on the cabinetry and in the end his design came together to make an amazing kitchen and a creative use of space.

One of our long-time Phoenix clients had a workshop that he built with his father 15 years ago. He doesn't have much time to "tinker" anymore. What he really needed was a private office to get his work done. Advanced Handyman Services along with other contractors transformed his shop into an office.

The proud owner of a Beadle designed home chose a patio cover from an old book of Modern homes. He asked us to replicate the design for his house. He chose white polycarbonate panels to filter the western sun.

Sometimes we don't even know half of what's in our kitchen cabinets. It's such a pain to dig all the way to the back of the cabinet for that Tupperware lid or frying pan. PROJECT: Master Bathroom Remodel

We achieved our client's vision for this bathroom remodel, which included white porcelain subway tile, porcelain mosaic floor tile, a Carrara marble vanity top and complemented with chrome, country-style accessories.

A Tempe couple put their home's equity to work for them, turning their twenty year old home into a modern living-space. They picked out new cabinets, appliances, and paint colors. Advanced Handyman Services went to work on the transformation including the kitchen and all new laminate floors through-out the home.

For this kitchen remodel we used Green Butterfly granite for the countertops, added Ikea cabinetry, as well as created a raised bar area. We also installed a 16 gauge stainless steel undermount sink.

This is the Master Control Center for Cox Media. We carefully navigated the maze of wires, computers, and wall-mounted televisions to get this job done. We painted this room as well as eight offices in the middle of the night so as not to interfere with business.
